Although KP elements did not work for me, I would still encourage people to try because of their 100% Guarantee or your money back. I contacted the company after 4 weeks of using the product and seeing no results. They returned my e-mail promptly to inform me that my credit card will be refunded for the full amount. As anyone knows who has Keratosis that it is all trial and error to find something that works. It was nice to know that I could try this product and that if it did not work I could get my money back and no questions asks.
