Reading all the previous reviews, I was expecting something better than what I actually got. While this product is great for fine lines and your upper lid, I had no trouble rubbing it off (and I suppose they make it this way in case you mess up while applying it!) and if my eyes were watery, forget it. Nothing would stay on. If you're not putting it close to your eye, I suppose it would work better. I don't like a lot of skin space between the eye and liner personally but it won't apply easily near moisture like most eyeliner pens.

I'd recommend HIP L'OREAL eyeliner over this bar far. Stays on all day. It's based on the Bobby Brown gel eyeliner. I've never seen anything better and it's cheaper than this product is.
