I bought this cleanser because it was featured in a young women's magazine as a "green" product. It is produced for a philanthropy affiliated with Brad Pitt who's signature appears on the packaging. I believe the philanthropy is environmentally related thus the product has biodegradable in it's name. It is a very fresh smelling cleanser with a light minty scent, great for both guys and gals. I used the cleanser both by itself and with a bath puff and found it to be better used with the bath puff. It does not foam easily when used without the bath puff. I also use several squirts of the cleanser, otherwise it does not seem to go very far. A lovely, light and refreshing cleanser that can be used daily... and only with a bath puff!
