I've been using this soap for more than 15 years and still love it! Each time I unwrap a new bar, I fall in love again. It's all natural with a minimum of ingredients so you can use it from your face to your hair to your toes. In fact, when I had hair loss after my second child, my health store recommended it to me when I was looking for a gentle natural shampoo. The owner of the store had been using it for years and he had the greatest head of hair-thick and shiny. So I bought it for that and soon found the benefits to my face and body. I constantly am complimented on my beautiful skin. People guess my age anywhere from my 20s to a half dozen years short of my true age of 45. I wash with this each and every night and then apply moisturizer. In the morning, I just wash the oily area near my nose and then apply moisturizer. Of course, I eat healthy and I take fish oil for my skin, too but I know this soap is a huge component in my skin's health and I hope I am never without it. Make sure you let the soap dry between uses. I place it on a spiky plastic soap dish. I have found it will melt down if kept wet.
