Review: DON'T BUY FROM TUCCINI... They are AWFUL

I ordered the Lagerfeld Cologne/Eau De Toilette from Tuccini for my husband for our anniversary. You can imagine our dismay when, on the date of our anniversary, he opens the package and they had sent the After Shave instead of the cologne! I left a seller review regarding my experience, and as a result was contacted by Tuccini. They said that they would like to help resolve the situation, "in hopes that I will remove my negative feedback" (!!!). Um, excuse me, but you sent me the wrong item. Why would I remove my honest feedback that I was shipped the wrong item, and in that way allow them to lie to other potential customers?! Tuccini then (rudely) demanded, by curt and non-personable emails, to take photographic evidence that my order information and packing slip both said Eau De Toilette, as well as photographs of the After Shave bottle I ended up receiving. Well, I did all of this, and emailed the pictures to them promptly.
They responded saying that I would have to go through all of this trouble to repackage the After Shave, fill out all of these forms (which they were really rude about instructing me to do), mailing the After Shave back to them, etc. etc. Well, I was in the middle of moving across the country at the time, and the date of my anniversary had already gone by, the gift already being spoiled by having received the wrong item, so I was not going to do all of this work to correct THEIR error. I told them that we would just use the After Shave, as it was already too late, and I already was not able to give my husband the cologne on the date of our anniversary as planned, even though this is what I PAID for...
In the end, NO ONE contacted me back, or even APOLOGIZED. If they were any bit decent, they would have shipped me the cologne I ordered at no cost, requiring no work on my part for THEIR error, or at the very least refunded me for my purchase in full. They did neither of these things, nor did they offer to. In my opinion, Tuccini completely robbed me. They are rude, pretentious, and they don't think your money or time is worth anything. Do not give them your business and go elsewhere to buy this product.
