Review: Great help for aging eyes

The tweezer is comfortable to hold and use; the light is easy to turn on. Fits very well in my small hand. It's invaluable help seeing exactly what I'm trying to tweeze. Product comes with its own compact rectangular case with magnetic closure. Great for keeping the tweezers clean and the light protected. I had come upon the product in my local supermarket, but because of the tight economy, they've had to trim their stock. Personally, I think it's worth searching for. It's also very helpful in removing ticks from my dog. Of course, he has his own dedicated pair. Review: OK

I bought this tweezer because I own another La Cross with diamond tip. (My favorite of 6 tweezers). I wanted to get another one but they were out of stock in WalMart so I purchased this one instead.
The older tweezer does not have the light but is still my favorite. It gets 5 stars compared to 3 for this one. This tweezer's tips can easily be mis-aligned depending you squeeze it, whereas the one one will always be aligned no matter how you squeeze it. The other one is more sturdy and is easier to remove even the smallest/shortest hair.
I am disappointed with this purchase. I will be looking for the other La Cross model and give this one away if I can find the other one.

I shopped for a long time before settling on these tweezers based on another review. My biggest complaint with other tweezers I've bought is that the tweezers are never flush on the tweezing end, or they cut off the hairs, so they are pretty much worthless. These tweezers are flush and don't cut off the hairs. They work great. The light really helps for seeing small and light hairs. I recommend these tweezers. Review: best tweezer ever!

I have very stubborn facial hair. Most tweezers I have tried just don't grip the really short hairs! I have tried slanted tip tweezers that cost me much more , and none of them work as well as these . The light really helps you find all of those creepy little hairs that only like to show up in sunlight. WELL worth the money!
