NOT FOR RESALE ... It means just what it says. People, don't be fooled, this is a sample that was FREE or "gift with purchase" you have no idea how old it is so you can't determine if ingredients are still active - it's a real crap shoot and frankly, I'm surprised Amazon does not crack down on resale of these items. Judging from the jar in the photo, it is at least 2 years old - I know for a fact this was not the design for the last two years AND facial products - especially anti-aging, firming creams - are only good for one year from date of purchase. Don't be a cheapskate. If you want the real thing, go to the store and get it where they will show you the inventory sheet and when the product was received to verify for you the product is fresh. I have to say I enjoyed the price of this item......An affordable way to enjoy one of my favorite Renergie products. The full size jar is getting a little pricy, so the size and price of this jar was just perfect....Thank you

While my wife likes the product, I'm not happy with the "amazon retailer" who sells it. When I received this item, it was very clear it wasn't a "new", unboxed item. Had been opened and what looked like a finger scoop had been taken out of it. Label on bottom states not for individual sale, so either a tester or part of a gift set. Guess it's back to brick and mortar stores for this kind of thing. Of course .. Caveat Emptor in all online shopping, anyway. I have no idea if they would refund me for this, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle of trying. I just won't be buying from them again. Good luck in your endeavor. Review: buyer beware

I bought this product "open box" which I was fine with. But the actual cream container had been opened and the cream had been handled. Not so cool.
