I LOVE this kit because the colors are beautiful, long wearing and the texture of the shadow is very smooth--not flaky. The kit also gives you much versatility. Rosé, Vanilla Nuts, and Topaz are perfect for daytime wear. If you smudge a little bit of Deep Night along your lash line and towards the corner of your eye lids, you will have the perfect night time smoky look. I purchased my palette nearly 9 months ago and wear the shadows nearly every day---and there is still a lot of shadow left. So the kit also lasts a long time. Another plus is the mini eye shadow brush which you can add to your brush collection even after the shadow is gone. For a kit, it is a good quality mini brush. I can not say enough about the colors, well done, Laura Mercier!
