Review: For those who hate Glossy, Sparkly lip gloss...

I got this product as a free sample, I would not have bought it otherwise because I don't like the feel or look of most lip glosses. I usually use lip liner and rub Aquaphor on for a very slight gloss effect, problem is it looks great but washes off too soon.
This product gives that perfect hint of subtle, pretty lip color with slight shine and there is no glittery watery look to it like their is to most glosses. It made my lips look plump and healthy.
The gloss smells nice, is hardly sticky, and you need only a tiny bit of it. It stays on well.
I have medium/olive skin and use the Bare Beige color. It looks very dark in the tube but doesn't come out that way.

As far as lip glosses (or "glaces", if one feels particularly cosmetic-namey) go, this has been my favorite. The wand is sturdily and attractively packaged in a see-through plastic tube, and the glace itself spreads with liquid ease without being overly sticky or runny. While not precisely flavored, the gloss has a pleasant, non-bitter taste. It rubs off, as usual, a little too quickly, but I have to say I use it almost every day and one tube has lasted me quite a few months. Review: wrong color swatch

I bought after hours, there color swatch is so far off! but I knew that after reading reviews at another site. the color is like Nars turkish delight. Its med pigmented, and its a very light pink, I would say its the color of baby pink. I love it, I mellows out the color of my dark red lips. It smells great, but the feeling is amazing! Its so smooth and non-sticky, I am a gloss junky, and have everything from Nars which I hate, to smashbox and dior which I love, yet never have I came across a texture like this. This is by far the smoothest gloss ever. I am blown away by how it feels and seems to sink into your lips. Its not super glossy, which I love, it has shine, but nothing crazy like MAC. I know its a lot of money, but really truly this is the best I have found. I am young so my lips are rather full so I dont have problems with gloss, but I would assume even ladies with thin, lined lips cold wear this cause it sinks in more then it sits on top of the lips. Its still a gloss so every three hrs. you still need to apply it.
