This product is described as "rotating"; what they should say is that there are four different irons in one. They do not rotate, except to "rotate" into position. Iron was way too hot, and I have nice thick healthy hair. They also charged way too much for S&H, and I had to pay S&H for the return, too. I still have not received my refund; hopefully they will process it soon. Review: Kewl.

this is totally not what i expected nor wanted. when i read it did waves my first thought was like big wavy cute waves.... when i recieved it, i tried using it and it looked crimped. so i tried straightening it, and it just does not do the job. i am disappointed with this product and would like my money back. I wish i would have known it was hard to get ahold of the seller for returns before i bought it. Review: wasn't paid back
