Review: It grows eyebrows but gave me a nasty skin burn.

I had sparse eyebrows from over-plucking ("had" being the operative word) and they are also blonde so if I didn't use brown eyebrow powder I basically had no eyebrows to the naked eye. I started using LiBrow because of all of the positive reviews on Amazon and I am amazed at the full eyebrows I have now after about 6 weeks. I started seeing results in about 2 weeks. Unlike the other reviewer though even though I'm blonde and my eyebrows were very light mine did not turn dark at all. In fact, I actually dyed them darker after they started growing in and they look fab. However, I had to edit this review after a few months for the following reason. Even though it did work, for some reason I started getting horrible, painful, dark red burn areas on my skin whenever I used it...this happened out of the blue. I used it a good 6 months before this happened so I built up a skin allergy to this product. I mean, it burned very badly, I tried stopping, waiting....then starting again after the redness was long gone and it happened again so I proved that this was the problem. Too bad because it did grow my eyebrows. I switched to Anastasia eyebrow conditioner and haven't had a reaction....and it's a third the price of LiBrow.
