Product reviews of LiLash and LiBrow Duo - New Larger Size .20oz Each Review: LILASH & LIBROW Beauty product: 4 Stars
ORDERED MY SECOND TUBE OF LILASH - GREAT PRODUCT - USED IT ONCE DAILY AND NOTICED A DIFFERENCE AFTER JUST A COUPLE WEEKS. THICKER AND LONGER LASHES. I'M MID-FIFTIES AND THE LASHES JUST SEEMED TO BE GETTING THINNER SO FROM THE REVIEWS I READ, THOUGHT IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE BUT FOR ME IT HAS TURNED OUT TO BE WORTH IT. NOW TRYING LIBROW AND PART OF THE REASON FOR THIS WAS WHEN I WENT TO RE-ORDER THE LILASH, IT WAS CHEAPER TO BUY THE 2-PACK WHICH INCLUDED LIBROW AND I HAD WANTED TO TRY IT ALSO. WILL REPORT ON IT LATER AND HOPEFULLY IT HAS AS GOOD OF RESULTS AS LILASH.
Review: Worth every penny! Beauty product: 5 Stars
In the summer of 2009, a friend swore by Revitalash, so I started doing my research, and settled on Lilash/Librow because my greater concern at the time was my thinning eyebrows. I had to pencil them in everyday - I had never ever done that before, but now that I'm in my 50s, I noticed my hair and brows thinning. Since the 2-pack was cheaper, I decided to try both. In 4 weeks of daily application, there was a significant difference. I no longer had to use pencil - all the bare brow spots filled in with thick dark hair. My lashes had the same experience - thick, dark, and long! By 6 weeks, my lashes were brushing against my eyeglasses. My friends were amazed at the results; my manicurist asked me if I had extensions; even my husband wanted to know if I could paint some of the stuff on his head!! I no longer have to use mascara except during parties - and even then, I have to be careful how much I put or else they will look really fake.
At my yearly eye exam, I noticed that my eye doctor's office had ads for Latisse which you can only get with a doctor's prescription. I told him about my experience and he agreed that indeed Lilash worked very well for me. He asked for more information and was really interested considering that Lilash did not need a prescription. Both Latisse and Lilash must use some form of the same ingredient for glaucoma treatment; I never quite understood why one is on prescription while the other is not.
Anyway, after the first set which lasted 6 months, I have continued to purchase Lilash/Librow, and continue to use them now (Jan 2011) on a maintenance basis of 2 to 3 times a week. I also see my eye doctor regularly once a year, which I highly suggest you do whether you use this product or not - just to monitor your eye health. For me, Lilash/Librow definitely works - worth every penny!
