I have a lot of hair but it's all very thin. This stuff is to die for. It makes my hair so thick, I'm in heaven. You have to watch that you not use too much (instructions say a dime size and that's true) or you hair can get a little frizzy. I also have to make sure I only rub it into the top, sides and back of my head. If I add it to my bangs or my ends at the nape of my neck, they are frizzy. I think it has something to do with using a hair dryer. Incidentally, my sister said it didn't work for her but she air drys her hair. I think a hair dryer is essential for getting the volume you want. I LOVE the scent. It's very fresh and not nasty like many of the other hair thickening products I've used - and I've used them all. Finally, I also tried Living Proof in the spray form and I didn't like it at all. It was harder to control the amount I added and as I stated, too much and you get frizzes.
