I've found this to be a great product. It helps keep my hair from frizzing and gives it a little body, hold and definition as well. My hair is medium/long and curly and more on the fine side, but the spray for fine to medium hair doesn't work as well for my hair. It is a little pricey, especially because you have to use a generous amount of product, but I'm sold. It doesn't work miracles, but it does work well, at least for me. It felt strange at first, almost like my hair was drier, but I've gotten used to it and I don't think it's actually drying my hair out. I have tried the shampoo and conditioner too and although it smells good, it doesn't seem to make a big difference (not as big as the cream), so I think you can save your money there. Also, this product does actually seem to make my highlights look a bit brighter. I thought that was just a gimmicky advertising thing but there's something to it.
