I have been using Ben Nye for the past 7 years now and I am still a faithful user. The colors are long lasting and do not "fly away" like other cosmetic counter brands. My favorite basic colors are black, espresso, and bronze. Just these three shades give me my basic look for day AND evening (just vamp up the black for a more dramatic look befitting for nights out). Review: FAVORITE!!!

I have about 20 different palettes totaling in over 500 colors and my Ben Nye Lumiere Grande Colour Palette (of 12 colors) tops the rest! They are VERY pigmented and apply really bright and smooth and the color lasts forever. Although I do suggest using a base to enhance color and longevity, these colors are prominent and long lasting on their own. I most likely will be adding photos of some of my usage of the Ben Nye Palette within the next month (hopefully). Review: Great pigmentation.

I like this eyeshadow a lot, is very pigmented, blends easily, and stays on all day. I wish color in the pot would transfer 100% on the eyelid, it's just a bit more luminous than matte, but still great quality!
To compare this to other highly pigmented eyeshadows f.e Nars or Make Up For Ever, I think this one is stronger color and better quality. It's also velvety in application, goes on smooth and I didn't have to apply several coats to achieve full color.

Bye Nye is used by the professional makeup artist as well as other brands but if you want a shadow that super duper pigmented and long lasting with vivid color this is the eye shadow for you, I keep these in my kit in all different colors.
