I bought this perfume 6 months ago, and I have received many comments about it-everyone loves it and I do too! Daisy by Marc Jacobs is a light flowery scent that lasts almost all day. Great buy! :) Review: One flaw in an otherwise perfect creation

I have gone through 2 1/2 bottles of Daisy since it came out. I absolutely love the scent- not overpowering or obnoxious- it makes me keep smelling my shirt all day! However, the scent does not last that long on the skin. If it lasted longer, I would probably use Daisy for the rest of my life. A saleslady at Macy's suggested the black bottle Daisy (parfum) and said it would be a longer lasting scent, but it was so different from the original scent and I didn't buy it. The regular Daisy is yummy and I have yet to find another perfume that smells as yummy as this. But, Marc Jacobs: FIND A WAY TO MAKE THE SCENT LAST LONGER! That's the only flaw in an otherwise perfect creation. Review: Marc Jacobs Daisy~

Daisy is a seductive, sensual scent that is sure to drive your significant other wild . . .and it helps if you enjoy it yourself as well . . .
Top Notes:Violet leaf, wild strawberry, and grapefruit
Mid-Notes: gardenia, jasmine,and violet (the flower,not leaves, this time)
Base Notes: white woods, vanilla,and musk
Hints/Tips/Comments/Suggestions/Etc . . Involving Mark Jacobs DAISY:
1) Three simple words: SMELL BEFORE BUY . . . You don't want to be stuck with a fragrance you don't like do you . . .
2)The scent strength of DAISY is just the way I like it - moderate . . not too intense and not too subtle . . .
3) My one complaint . . . It doesn't last very long (on average 4 or so hours) . . . If you really like this scent then you're going to have to live with reapplying the fragrance during your work day or whatever . .
4) This scent is perfect for both Adults and Teens
5) This fragrance is good for casual, daily use . . .I would recommend something more exotic and sophisticated for "special" usage (maybe even a little more intense?)
