I purchased this product because I am a few months out of hip surgery and can have some very painful days. I used a bath salt at my parents house and that really seemed to help. I tried these out. Not only did they not work as well, they also happen to cost about 3-4 times as much as the brand they sell at Walmart (Village Naturals - Aches and Pains). If you are on a budget like me and want to get rid of some aches and pains, I recommend heading over to Walmart.
