I was looking for a good brush and I wasn't sure if I want to pay this much for hair brush. I am glad I purchased it, I LOVE this rush! I have Wavy thick hair and this brush is excellent for my hair type. Since I have full hair I need to brush my hair in sections and this is the perfect brush for that matter.

these are the very best hair brushes available. You will have this hair brush for a lifetime..It may seem absurd to spend so much money on a brush, but once you use a Mason Pearson brush, you will never want to brush your hair with anything else. Review: Expensive, but well worth it!

Wow!!! That's what I thought when I first saw the price of these brushes. A model friend recommended these as the best brushes she's ever used, but I wasn't convinced. Though after a month of pondering back and forth, I'm the proud owner of two of these brushes (the Junior and Pocket size). The brushes are soft against the scalp and not hard/pokey like the $8 drugstore brush. Since I already spend a ton on haircuts - I figure I'd invest a little more to make sure my hair gets the best in-between haircut treatments.
