There is no way possible that you could fit all of the gear shown, inside this case. The single elastic band is too small to fit most insulin pens. You will have to let them lie flat in the case. There is only enough room for a few pen needles and a few alcohol wipes along with the pens. Being said, this is the only case that I have found to be small enough to fit in my purse. I wish some one would design a case just for insulin pens that is functional.
