Review: Soap is not just soap, and this proves it

I should start by saying I have a common skin problem, my skin is both dry and oily, the typical "T" zone (oily nose, dry cheeks, oily chin, dry elsewhere on face and body) and additionally I suffer from Psoriasis, a skin disorder which is characterized by red flakey patches which are easily irritated by harsh cleansers (most soaps) and it is on my face, which is quite embarrassing. Well, I have medicine for that, but when I was in Maui I saw this nice soap display, and it was made of palm oil and coconut oil, and handmade, and it smelled really nice and came in a nice box. I figured I would buy it, and was a bit stunned by the cost - $25 for two bars of soap. Well, its not everyday Im in Maui, and so I bought the most expensive soap Ive ever bought, or seen for sale. Turns out it was a great move. This soap is amazing. It is gentle, yet truely does clean (unlike some of the 'non-soap cleansers' I have tried). It lathers well, smells nice without being perfume heavy (I am a guy and do not want to smell like my grandmother). I think the most powerful endorsement I can offer regarding this product is the fact that I am still buying it - years later. A bar lasts me about a month and a half, showering everyday. I wish I could let the person who makes this soap know how much it helps me. It reduces my skin problem, making me less self-concious about my appearance and is simply a fantastic product. I do not buy stuff like this - expensive lotions, expensive colognes, etc. but this is something I will keep buying as long as I can get it, and happily pay $25 for two bars of soap.
