This product has made me love my extremely curly, no-longer-frizzy hair. My flat iron is beginning to gather dust because I no longer want to straighten my beautiful curls. I recommend it for all mixed chicks.

I have very thick, wavy hair with a combination of soft fine hair and kinky darker hair. For years I have been using gels, conditioners, mouses...anything and everything to try and define my curls; it was not until I tried Mixed Chicks that I finally got the results I had always been hoping for. It's so light weight and it takes my three or four-step process down to one. It leaves my hair soft and silky and maintains my natural hair colour.
I would absolutely recommend trying this product.

I read several reviews about this product before purchasing it directly from Mixedchicks.net (since I couldn't buy from Amazon.com). I wasn't sure how it would turn it but I am pleasantly surprised! My hair looks healthy and no frizzies....just cute and curly! I have gotten several compliments on my hair!

I would be the first to say it may not work on everyone's hair. It really depends on what sort of "mixed chicks" hair you have.

I have a 12 year daughter who is black/mexican with fine curly curly hair. I have tried everything under the sun to make her hair manageble. My hairdresser gave her samples of the mixed chicks shampoo and conditioner and i have to say hands down! We finally found something that actually works. It is so much easier to brush and the curls actually look like curls. Her hair looks longer as opposed to her hair bunching up and looking like a big ball of hair. We are definately purchasing the bigger bottles.
