This is the perfect leave-in conditioner for my type of hair. It suits it well. I am mixed and have spiral curly, soft, fine hair and it's always frizzy. This does the job. It smells nice and is not sticky, nor greasy. A little goes a long way, too. Review: Great Leave-In Conditioner

This really is a great product. I'm half black/half white (3C hair) and for years it's been hard to find products that will make my hair look AND feel great. This stuff is not just leave-in conditioner, but it will also replace mousse or a medium hold gel. I would not recommend using this with another holding product, but every type of hair is different.
I was a little wary of the reviews that I've seen on Mixed Chicks (they seemed a little too good to be true) but my hair has never looked and felt so great. I've been complimented by people I didn't even think would notice! Plus, it smells great! I will definitely buy more and more of this.
Also, I recommend buying the shampoo and deep conditioner as well.
***UPDATE***
About 9 months ago I quit using Mixed Chicks products because I decided to try the Curly Girl method, which involves eliminating certain ingredients that this contains. I will not change my star rating because it is still one of the best non-CG products I've used, and it totally changed my hair.
Anyway, I would like to mention that after hanging around the naturallycurly.com message boards, I have found that you either love this product or hate it. I am saddened that several people have tried this with poor results, and it just goes to show that people with similar looking hair can still require different types of products for their hair. If that is you, I've heard good things about Blended Beauty products, so maybe that is the product for you. You also might want to consider the Curly Girl/Guy (CG) method as explained on the NC message boards.
I am going to post this update on my reviews of Mixed Chick's products as well.
P.S. For those that experience "crunchiness" remember to scrunch out the crunch with damp hands after your hair is finished drying.

I have been looking for a good leave in conditioner for a very long time, and feel like I finally found one. I am mixed (Black/White) and have fairly dry hair. In the past I have used leave in conditioners and then had to use a gel or mousse to keep my curls tamed. I was able to use this leave in with no other product, and it left my hair soft, tamed, and with a nice shine. Also I comb my hair in the shower, and with many products after being in my hair for a day I have had great difficulty getting the comb through my hair the next morning (yes even with the water streaming down!) Mixed Chicks creates no tangles, and the comb easily goes through. It is heavy so if you're used to light weight leave in's be forwarned. Definitely a great product for curly mixed girl hair. I have fine very curly frizzy blonde hair, I used mixed chicks as directed by their website (using less then recomended since my hair's fine) and the results were fantastic, the curls are defined, shiny, and so soft! It lasts 2 days with no problems. I highly recommend it. Oh and use a comb as the directions say before you put it in not a brush, it does make a difference.
