Review: A Huge Improvement - My Preferred Relaxer

This is an ENORMOUS improvoment over the original Mizani relaxer formula. I briefly went to a salon that only used Mizani original formula and my hair suffered for it. My current salon informed me that the original Mizani formula was extremely drying and hard on hair. Just recently they began offering Mizani Butter Blends as an option. While I had been absolutely loyal to Affirm relaxers (which are great), on my last visit my stylist talked me into trying the Butter Blends - WOW I'm so glad I did! The hair that was relaxed is actually smoother and silkier than the Affirm relaxed hair! I will definitely be requesting Mizani Butter Blends from now on!!!

Product Description Phase 2: The Butter Blend Relaxer has been developed with an ultra-moisturizing blend of cocoa butter, shea butter and honey to keep hair healthy during the relaxing process. This easy rinse sodium hydroxide base relaxer contains less chemical actives with cationic conditioners that optimize straightening and conditioning. It provides superior conditioning during relaxing with Polyquaterium-6 that adds lubricity, and a soft silky feel.
