Review: not for coarse hair

this relaxer broke of my edges, and made my hair brittle and dry. i was later told by a stylist that its not for coarse hair, its for people with fine hair. my hair is still dry and damaged from the mizani so i'm going to try the affirm fiberguard relaxer to see if i can strengthen my hair and stop the shedding. Review: so far so good....

i have a very sensitive scalp, but my hair is very thick and coarse and takes a long time for me to relax my hair to the desired straightness (usually 45min. to an hour).The mild silk elements relaxer usually leaves my head with so many oozing sores, so i was hesitant about putting the relaxer in because i was sure it was going to burn. boy was i surprised...no scalp burns, no sores in my head the next morning. i am really pleased. I bought the entire relaxer system which included the scalp base. the final step of the system was a conditioning spray the had denatured alcohol as one of the main ingredients...it did not even burn. WOW!!!
