Product reviews of Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment 3.4 Oz Bottle with Blue Box Review: Beware! Highly Scented Beauty product: 1 Stars
Though I am sure that this oil will do great things for your hair, what is not mentioned is how HIGHLY scented this product is. Within a half hour of using a very small amount, I had such a headache from the scent, that I had to wash it out. I wish they could make this product without the artificial fragrance. Ick!
Review: Blow dry in a jiffy!!! Beauty product: 5 Stars
Worth the price. Makes my long, wavy, thick hair dry smooth and shiny while cutting the blow drying time literally in half to less than 15 minutes. I do wish the scent would last longer though, it seems to fade after it's dry. I use a half dollar sized amount and it is never oily no matter how much I use even at the roots. I do not recommend it for anything other than blow drying though because I left it in my hair wet and didn't blow it out and it didn't tame the frizz and my hair just looked limp. I think this product works best with the heat of the hair dryer.
Review: Boy, did I mess up! Beauty product: 1 Stars
I saw "moroccanoil" on the bottle, the (at that time) positive reviews, and the price was right, so I didn't bother to read the ingredients. I knew I messed up when I opened the bottle and out came a heavy perfume smell. It's basically a bunch of polymers and other chemicals, plus a small amount of Moroccan oil to give it an illusion of class. I did try it once, and it gave my hair that brittle acrylic look that my other polymers and co-polymers did. Since then I've sprung for the real argon oil, and two drops of that makes my hair feel like silk. At that rate I won't have to buy another bottle of anything during my lifetime. Hello clean lakes and rivers!
Review: Brilliant for fine hair Beauty product: 5 Stars
My hair is fairly thick but baby fine. Since it's also processed, it gets very dull and frizzy and so I don't wash it daily. All other products made my hair look greasy and dirty by the next day, but Morrocanoil doesn't. It's still silky and soft and shiny and I absolutely love it!
I didn't want to drop $40 on it at the salon, so thank goodness for Amazon.
Review: Buyer Beware! Beauty product: 1 Stars
This is my second time to try and leave feedback as this seller removed the first one. The moroccanoil arrived leaking with the scent of stinky cheap cologne all over it. This seller is filling bottles with bogus moroccanoil, thats why so many people complain of it arriving leaking. Real Moroccanoil is sealed, and smells lovely. This seller will not refund my money and also removed my last feedback because it was negative.....so buyer beware. She states she is an authorized dealer but I seriously doubt that.
