I just had my second baby 4 months ago and my skin was so damaged and well. . . to be honest. . . squidgee! Now, it won't firm your body completely like you've been working out for months, but it definitely tones your skin and helps the elasticity in your skin. I've seen a HUGE difference with the clarity of my skin. It's probably the best my skin has looked in 2 years.
I've probably lost about 5 pounds in a month and lost about an inch around my waist.
