Product reviews of Mustela Foam Shampoo for Newborns Review: Great Little Shampoo Beauty product: 4 Stars
Yes, its a little pricey but well worth it. My poor little angel had a head full of cradle cap and it seemed to be getting worse. She would scratch so much that she would cut herself. Once I got the shampoo, things changed. She didn't scratch as much and its clearing up beautifully. The only this is that it has a strong taste and is quite unpleasant. Besides that, the stuff really works.
Review: Great item. Beauty product: 5 Stars
I got this from Sephora when my son was born. He had cradle cap. The stuff for it that I found in the store for it just made his hair greasy. This stuff works great. He's 14 months now and I still use it once a week to prevent any little flakes. The 1 bottle has lasted me until now. I still have a lot left. A little bit goes a long way. I didn't mind paying a little more since it works good and because I'm getting a lot of use out of just 1 bottle.
Review: Huge help Beauty product: 5 Stars
Our 7 month old daughter developed cradle cap months ago and nothing seemed to be working. Her doctor suggested we use adult strength dandruff shampoo but we were worried about it getting in her eyes and damaging her sensitive baby skin. We decided to try this as our last resort and it is doing wonders. The smell is gone, her hair is so much softer and there are less and less flakes each time we use it.
Review: I wish I had my daughters hair! Beauty product: 5 Stars
I bought this product (along with the body wash and lotions) for my baby when she was born. She has been using it since she was a newborn, (she's 13 months now). She never developed any sign of cradle cap.. not even a flake. I stopped using it for about a month (and used J &J) and not only did she start getting some flakes, but she developed Keratosis Pilaris (KP) which is a common skin disorder that 40% of the general population have in one way or another.(It's hereditary, I have it too) The mustella kept it away for a year so we didn't even know she had it! Needless to say, I'm using again on her becuase it's the best. It's worth the money! Plus, her hair is so silky smooth and clean, smells so pretty. Highly recommended.
Review: Love! Beauty product: 5 Stars
My baby girl was born with a full head of hair. When she got the cradle cap, none of the usual remedies worked (oil and petroleum jelly just gooped up her pretty hair). This foam shampoo worked wonders, and got rid of her cradle cap in no time. It smells good too, and the scent lasts overnight. I plan to keep using it forever, and I'm going to give it to all of the expectant mothers I know at their baby showers. It is a little pricey, but you get a lot and only have to use a little at a time, and like I said- it really does work.
