I just used the product (Nads facial wax strips)a couple of days ago on my upper lip. I did find that I had to use two strips and had to do each side three times in order to get all the hair. After finishing, I noticed that my lip was red and slightly swollen but that's normal. The next morning, I had a thin scab exactly in the middle of my upper lip. How mortifying! When I touch the area, it feels like a carpet burn and is still kinda painful. So I would have to agree with the lady who reported chemical burns because that is definitely what I have. I think I will try another brand next time since I had some issues with the Nads facial wand as well.
