I've used this, and it did help, but I recently discovered that two of the ingredients in it, toluene and dibutyl phthalate, are highly questionable in terms of safety. Google them if you want to know more. There are also some questions about the formaldehyde resins-- straight formaldehyde has been linked to various cancers, but formaldehyde resins are not believed to be as dangerous.
The FDA tests fewer than 11% of chemicals in personal care products. It's better to avoid the ones that could cause you health problems down the line. I've since switched from this to Nail-Aid's peeling nail intense repair gel. Works just as well without the potential toxins. http://www.nailaidcares.com/

My nails used to be so weak that you could "see through" the length at the end of the nail... it was never white. My nails used to bend backwards if they had any length at all. I've been using this for about a month and I can't believe how much stronger my nails are and they have finally quit peeling at the tips. I'll use this faithfully due to the results I've received. Tried this product as last resort. Nails are very thin, brittle, weak. Nothing else worked. From first time I used this product, my nails have not broken and seem much stronger. I will not be without this product in the future. Nice to use both under and over your polish.
