I like this mask. While the description and the first reviewer says that it is potent and can make your face feel flushed, I did not experience this. I must have some really tough skin!
Although deemed a potent product, to me it seems gentle enough to use twice a week as the direction suggest. I have used another natural mud mask, which I also love, but I see the diffence between the two. This masks does draw out toxins, the other product does so as well but also naturally exfoliates the skin too.
You absolutely do not need a lot on your face. I found the first time that I used it I did not feel that much of a "draw" on my skin. The next time I used it I dampened my face a bit, which the directions don't say to do, and then put the mask on. Did I ever feel the difference!
