The product works! However, product description (two-step eggshell & charcoal FACE mask) doesn't match product. I assumed this product was an "all-over face" mask, not a "Biore nose strip mask". From the illustration on the box, it's to be applied to the T-zone. And if you can translate the "English" instructions, this somewhat becomes clear. Despite all the confusion, I find that the product worked as its specified to be used. Review: performance

I thought one of it was to tighten the pore afterward. not really.
I remember sticker type that I tried long long time ago worked better.
