This is the first time I bought it. Its not even close to sandalwood. Its a ripoff. I wont recommend to anyone. Its too expensive and no smell of sandal wood. Review: Very happy so far

I give this company a 5-star rating on product and customer satisfaction. I had inadvertenly given them an incorrect mailing address. When I discovered this, I called them and told them what happened. I asked them to redirect the shipment to my correct address. They told me they would do it, and even with the return and reshipping, I received my product, in perfect condition, within 30 days. This company goes the extra mile to please the customer. The product I had ordered was Nature's Alchemy Sandalwood Oil. I am SO pleased.
