My granddaughter has long, coarse and very dry hair. She is very tender-headed and hates getting her hair combed. This frustrates her mom and my granddaughter as well. She doesn't get her hair combed as often as she should. My daughter often just brushes the outside of her hair up into a pony tail, leaving the inside and roots a tangled mess. Anytime anyone tries to comb her hair out, she acts as if she is being tortured. As her grandmother, it hurts my heart to see her go through this. She prefers that I comb her hair because she told me I don't hurt her as much. I would have to take the time and part her hair in very small sections and gently comb them out one at time after shampooing it with a moisturizing shampoo and other hair products. Needless to say it was quite time consuming. I recently came across a jar of Nature's Blessings. I used it after shampooing her hair while it was still damp. I used a brush and wide-tooth comb to detangle her hair after parting it in only three sections. I didn't hear one "ouch" while combing her hair. It took me only a few minutes to have her hair looking shiny and healthy. I must say I was quite impressed with this product. A true "Blessing" indeed.
