Review: HOW DO I USE THIS????

I just recently purchased this neem oil for my skin and my sisters skin (we both suffer with acne and I also suffer with eczema and she with keratosis). Well first off to me the smell is awful, but from what i have read that means that it is truly pure neem oil. However when i purchased this I thought that it may come with some directions on how to use it for skin conditions, but to my surprise there weren't any. I am not certain if I can just put this on my skin straight from the bottle ( I have tested a small amount on the inside of my arm and so far no bad reactions) or if it has to be diluted in some way. Can someone help me because I honestly don't know what to do here? Besides that the smell alone is going to take some getting used to and i figure if i knew what to do or how to use the product then it would make it better.
