I had a fairly severe case of psoriasis on my face. I started using this lotion as the last step of a daily facial routine (cleanser, scrub, astringent, and moisturizer) and my psoriasis was nearly gone in about 2 weeks. I still have a couple small persistent areas, but its loads better than before.
The lotion leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth, though not quite a smooth as when I first started using it. I would highly recommend this product for anyone suffering from psoriasis.
Description of NeoStrata Bionic Lotion 3.4 oz
A fragrance-free, light lotion to help soothe, condition and moisturize dry skin. Formulated with 12% gluconolactone and 3% lactobionic acid, a new "bionic" polyhydroxy acid (PHA), in addition to multiple skin conditioners and Vitamin E. Ideal adjunctive skin care for patients with sensitive and extremely dry, scaly skin including eczema, psoriasis and xeroses, and for use following laser procedures including hair removal. It will leave skin feeling and looking healthier and more radiant. Repeated use moisturizes and conditions irritable skin and may help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and promote a more even skin tone.
