My fiance has very super sensitive skin and will break out in rashes and/or eczema with most products. Some products claim to be fragrance free but include natural fragrances. Some of those can be overwhelming for sensitive skin. After many different products, this is the ONLY one that works for her skin. Your results may differ, but it worked for her and when she looks good, she feels good and when she feels good life is just a little bit brighter and easier:-)
