I recieved this backscratcher which was broken. The quality was so bad that I just threw it in the trash... it would have cost more time and effort to return it. I recommend that you do not purchase this item! Review: Backscratcher

I was disappointed in this particular extendable backscratcher. I paid $12.49 and it's worth about $2. It fell apart as soon as I opened the wrapping. I had to glue the scratching end onto the shaft. I thought that if I paid a little more for it than some of the other extendable backscratchers, that it would be of good quality. Not so. Don't waste your money on this one. The telescopic metal backscratcher broke into pieces in two weeks.
In fairness to the company, I have not contacted them for a refund or replcement. Who has time these days?
