I was very skeptical before trying this but someone gave me two weeks worth and I tried it. After the two weeks I thought I noticed a difference but wasn't sure so I decided to try it for a month. After that I was sold. So many people have noticed the difference that I have been taking them for a year now. I just started buying them from Amazon at almost a 50% savings from that of the salon. Review: yes for hair, yes for nails, no for skin

within two weeks i noticed increased hair growth at my scalp and increased growth of my finger and toe nails. at the third week my legs were really itchy and i noticed that hair was growing faster and thicker there as well. by the end of the first month everything seems to have stabilized and not growing so quickly, but my nails are stronger and my hair is fuller and stronger and i've ordered another bottle. unfortunately, the primary reason i got this was for my skin and there has been no change in my skin and i had to buy something else. would not recommend to improve skin health.
