My daughter and I have used these vitamins before when I was having problems with my hair thinning out and she was just wanting to grow longer healthier hair, so we already knew how wonderful they were. We stopped taking them for a while because the place where we boght them ran out due to a change in distributor. I was paying $20+ for a 30 day supply but I didn't know any different. I was in desperate need of getting back on them and my nail tech told me that I could get them much cheaper online. I searched online and since I've purchased things through Amazon.com before and never had any problems, I decided to buy them through them. Much to my amazement, I was able to buy two 90 days supply bottles for around the same price as I would have paid for two 30 days bottles. It took a little while to get them, but I didn't pay for any type of express shipping, but that was a small inconvenience compared to how much I saved.

It takes about 3 months to work but it's worth it. You hair get healthier the more you use the product. I would also recommend a healthy diet and water otherwise you are defeating the purpose. My wife is using this product. She is getting result after a month. Its a great prdt and she noticed thickness of hair. I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks. Can't say that I notice much difference on my hair just yet. I'll give it a few more weeks.... But, my nails are growing like gang busters and they are hard as nails! Haven't had a nail break off in a couple weeks now.
