Review: Help for Us Middle Aged Ladies!

I started to notice I was losing a lot of hair in my late 40's. I think a lot of woman do. The problem got progressively worse. I was losing small handfuls in the shower. One day I got in my car with the sun roof open and could see down to my scalp...I mean my hair was looking like I was starting to go bald. I was mortified to say the least! My hairdresser suggested the nioxin shampoo and conditioner. I started using it but it didn't seem to be doing anything. Then I saw the nioxin vitamins online and after reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. After about three months, I was checking out my scalp in the mirror. I saw all these short thin hairs popping up out of my scalp. They were all the same length so I knew they weren't broken hairs. I was so excited. Today (one year later) I was pulling my hair back into a pony tail and I noticed that my hair felt a lot thicker. I've been taking the vitamins every day for a year and I realized that those short little hairs were about 6 inches long now and thus the thick pony tail! Ladies, if you're losing you hair give these a try. It's worth the $$$. You won't know if it works unless you try. Good luck! Review: I have someone else's hair now.... and I love it!

I just ordered my 3rd bottle of the Nioxin pills. I love this stuff! In the 6 months of taking Nioxin I've noticed longer and stronger nails, which is great. But the main reason I am in love with Nioxin is solely based on what it has done to my hair. It is so healthy now. I have had thin hair all of my life and I feel like I have a new head of hair, really! I am able to style it in different ways now that it is thicker. As others have mentioned, it does make your hair grow EVERYWHERE so plan on waxing and shaving more often. I really do not have one bad thing to say about this pills. As far as healthier skin - the jury is still out. I have changed my skin care regimen so it is hard to give 100% credit to Nioxin, but I can assure you that it has not harmed my skin in anyway. If you are contemplating rather or not to purchase these pills, just do it. You will notice a difference within the first bottle (90 days).

These may be a little pricey but they are worth the price. I found out about them on youtube from SalonCabelo she is a hairstylist and said she recommends this to most of her clients. if u take it consistently you will see results i know i did. I take one vitamin every day not really at the same time but I've seen my hair growth go from 1/3 and 1/4 inches certain areas a month to 1/2 and 1/3 of an inch in the same areas. i measured by using a tape measure on my roots as i was transitioning from relaxed to natural. i'm natural 4a fine hair strands but lots of strands if you want to know my hair type hair texture is coarse. My hair thins on the side when I get stressed and I have really kinky hair. I noticed that it takes forever for my hair to grow back when I trim the ends. So I decided to start taking these pills again. My hair grows a lot faster than it normally would. I love the results I would recommend this product and for the price you can't beat it. I definitely see results. I've been using Nioxin for about five months and my hair is growing faster after some severe breakage and shedding. It does cause your scalp to itch initially, but it goes away after two weeks or so. The only other negative impact is that it causes my eyebrows and other hair on the body to grow faster. I've also used the folicle booster and it definitely thickens spots that are thinning & you only need to use a little, I apply it with a Q-tip. Overall Nioxin products are effective but a little pricey. To me, it's worth it.
