Its always hard to tell what is actually helping your hair. But since I have been taking this vitamin I have noticed my hair seems thicker/stronger and shinier. It may be possible to get the same ingredients without spending so much money, but for now I am sticking with it. Review: I've seen much growth and thickening

I tried this because my hair is thinning. I do not know why it works. I can't say I have thick hair again, but it seems at least to not fall out as much as it did.
A side benefit is my fingernails are stronger.
It is also a very easy pill to swallow.
Since I am getting good results, I will continue to take it.

These are great vitamins. I have an allergy to horsetail which is usually an ingredient in most hair vitamins but these do not have it. There is no vitamin smell and was able to get a good price on Amazon for them. My nails do grow and my hair feels better and I definately would buy again. Review: LOVE them

I was skeptical like most others of trying something new, but these definitely work. My hair is naturally thin and fine, and it gets a lifeless look to it if I dont wash it every other day and keep it layered. These have grown my hair out, and added a TAD bit of thickness... Not as thick as I'd like it to be, but I definitely see the difference after 3 weeks. I bought the 30 day supply to give them a try, but I'll definitely get the 90 day the next go around.
