Review: A rave, but for different reasons:

The other reviewer said, "the powdery scent of fresh flowers and musk;(this perfume) is sex personified".

I agree with the other reviewer's rave for CHANEL No. 19, but for different reasons. Chanel No. 19 may use musk in its ingredients but it's so un-musky a scent as to be like cool water. It's not powdery. I'd describe it as an invigorating, perfectly balanced combination of vetiver and bergamot, with underlying floral notes that give it more softness than Chanel No. 5.

I can see the other reviewer's reference to crisp winter nights, absolutely, in the coolness of this scent, but lolling around in cashmere on leather couches, - nah. This perfume makes ME think of a woman across a conference room table from a man, no, make that several men, who'd like nothing better than to see that woman screw up in a professional setting - but it's not going to happen. She's assertive, confident and totally prepared. She'll make this deal, and many more. And later, she'll spray on more of this perfume, put on the Italian heels - and go dancing. That's Chanel No. 19 to me.
