You need it several week to see its effectiveness.
The grip is not to tight that is why you need to add a bit pressure when clamping your nose bone.
i'll keep on using this and see the final results.

I just started wearing this a few days ago and i already have immediate results despite the fact many says it takes at least a month to see any changes! My nose has gotten apparently thinner and longer. I put it on a three star because 1) i just started and 2)the changes are only small right now. I might add in another review in a few weeks about how this is going. However, I have a good feeling about this and would recommend it!
