Review: The Best Cuticle Remover I Have Ever Used

I use the brush to apply this on my cuticles & all around the nail edge. Soaking beforehand can help, but is not necessary. I wait approximately 30 seconds, then use a nail brush to gently scrub the cuticles, and voila! Perfection. I then check all the nails and push back the cuticles where necessary. Quick, easy, and accomplishes exactly what it claims - a rare find in the beauty world.
