Originally when I purchased this nail polish, I bought it because I wanted a matte polish. I looked at swatches online and it seemed like I would like this product. However, the two things I don't like about this polish is the color and how it chips very easily. I wanted this polish because I wanted a dark matte color, however on your nails this color looks chalky and not very attractive. The color is totally preference, however I do not prefer this color. Also, I am aware the matte polish tends to chip extremely easy and this polish is no exception. If you have tried other OPI matte polishes and like the formula, and if you want a dull navy blue, this polish may work for you. Overall, I would not recommend this polish. I would spend your money on a regular OPI polish, or if you are looking for a matte polish try the brand, ZOYA.
