Review: Doesn't hold sticks well, unless you clean it regularly

I bought this Obsidian Wheel Incense Burner with the expectation that it would hold the incense sticks vertically without problem. Unfortunately, after you burn a couple of sticks, ash gets in the little hole that holds the sticks, and the sticks no longer stick up vertically. Instead they lean over. As you burn more sticks, even more ash gets in the hole, and the sticks lean over farther and farther until they will no longer stay in place and just fall over. The only solution is to clean and clean and clean and clean the little hole, to get the ash out. Once, during this process, I plopped the burner down on a paper towel on my countertop, and a big chunk of it broke off.
Don't waste your time or money on this burner.
