Review: Has Worked for Nearly One Year!

I was told about this product in March by my friend--I'm 29 years old and I must say, it has done wonders with my skin! The clarity has improved tremendously; it even helps with breakouts! My skin has transformed--it's never too young to protect your skin. It's not oily, great feeling on skin, LOVE IT! Plus, the price on here is half the cost as in the store! Review: High quality product, for guy's as well! Results within a week!

This review is from a guy's perspective - which might be unique.
In today's economy, first impressions can be key- male or female. With the use of this product, I found similar results from those I get at a dermo Dr., and better than expensive department store brands.
I found Olay's system to greatly reduce my problem area's: the forehead area,and under eye 'puffy' problems or circles.
Fine lines were diminished, or eliminated within a week. The eye area looked better with the 1st application! I have found the results to be ongoing.
The product DOES NOT have a scent, which is a huge PLUS.
The products are easy to slip into a gym bag, or just use or share at home - this one is NOT just for the ladies! Trust me! This is a GREAT product!

I'm 56, with normal to dry skin, and pretty good skin for my age, as I learned at an early age to take care of my skin. Since I'm always looking for new and better items, I decided to give the Pro-X a try. I've been using the Olay Pro-X three-piece skincare set for a little over a month now with the following 3 items:
Age Repair Lotion SPF 30
Wrinkle Smoothing Cream
Eye Restoration Complex
If you have seen the ads on TV comparing the Olay Pro-X skincare line to Retin A, don't be fooled. If you look closely at the ads, Olay states the wrinkles are plumped due to the hydration of the products. At least they are being honest. It is not due to the Olay having the same affect on the skin as Retin A does.
Check the ingredient list. They don't even contain retinol, a derivative of Retin A. They do contain some peptides, but those can be drying to some.
Yes, my skin has been hydrated enough with the Pro-X moisturizers. But moisturize is all it does. It does not work the same as Retin A.
Retin A slowly exfoliates the layers of skin and builds up collagen to help firm the skin. Some users can tolerate Retin A, some can't. I did try Retin A several times before giving up on it. I just couldn't handle the constant peeling of my skin, but I know that side effect eventually subsides. I can't get through that period, since my skin is dry as it is.
Olay Pro-X PROS:
It's fragrance-free, a big pro for me, as I'm allergic to heavy perfumes in skin care.
It's very hydrating, and feels good on the skin.
Sinks in fast, and leaves no stickiness.
Not so many products in the line that it becomes confusing or time-consuming; day cream, night cream, and eye cream is enough for a basic skincare regimen. Maybe add in a Vitamin C serum and that is all you need.
Olay Pro-X CONS:
The SPF30 day cream is a chemical sunscreen.
The SPF30 is not a high enough SPF for me, I need at least SPF45. At the end of the day this wears off and I get burned.
Expensive for what it does, you can find skin care for less that does the same thing as the Olay.
Olay tests on animals.
Will I buy the Olay Pro-X again when this runs out? No, it's ok but I'm not that elated with it. I plan on going back to what I was using previous to this when these containers are empty.

Have you ever looked at a photo of yourself shortly after it was taken and said, "I don't look like that."? You look and look at that picture, shake your head and wonder, because that's definitely not the person you see in the mirror every morning. I mean really, those tiny wrinkles around my eyes, they're not on that girl in the mirror. The lines above my smile, she doesn't have those either.
The itty bitty wrinkles between my eyebrows, not on her face, I've looked. So what gives? How come the girl in the photos looks older than the girl in the mirror?
It seems we see the person in the mirror differently than the one in the photo. That mirror person, I think, is the person we want to be and the photo person is the person we are. Well, looks wise that is. I looked long and hard at that photo, then went up to my bathroom and looked long and hard at my reflection and all of a sudden the photo person was becoming the mirror person and that just wasn't on. I wanted the mirror person to become the photo person.
And now she is on her way. I've been using the Olay Pro-X Anti-Aging Starter Protocol for a month now and I have seen a definite improvement in that photo person. I really do look better in pictures now. Yes, the product is a bit pricey, but it's very worth it, because those photos are going to be around for a very long time.

I have tried other products but this one really seems to do the trick for me. My skin looks beautiful and I've gotten a lot of attention and questions about "what's my secret". I love it.
