I read some good reviews of One n' Only Argan oil, so I wanted to try it. I hoped it would add some moisture and shine. My hair is wavy, thick, tends to be frizzy, tends to be dry. I put a little bit on my hair, and then sat down to do some work at the computer when my daughter walked in. From across the room she said "Mommy! What did you do to your HAIR!!!! It is so SHINY!!". She walked over and touched it. "Mommy, your hair is so SOFT!". I was kind of amazed at the results, to say the least. If one's hair is very oily, I could see that this perhaps might be overkill. It works great on mine.
