Finally, a topcoat claim that is supported by actual customer use--meaning me and you, too, after you try it. Moreover, it eliminates flaws in the underlying nail color. For example, last night my polish bubbled. After allowing it to dry I put one coat of this Orly product on my nails. They dried quickly to a FLAWLESS glass-like shine.
