I've been using this product for years. One bottle lasts months, maybe it even lasted a year. It only takes three to four drops for my hair; I have hair down almost to the middle of my back. Rub it around the palm of your hand and start at the ends (spreads easier when you're hair is a little damp). Then what's left after applying to the ends, you put on the rest. Doesn't make your hair flat at all. It actually makes the frizzies and baby hairs blend with the rest of your hair while still managing to keep your normal body and bounce. BUT...it does make your hair softer, silkier, and shinier than normal so if you don't like soft, silky, shiny hair, don't use it. If you do like soft, silky, shiny hair, get it! It's worth it. Remember, only a few drops! OH...and if you get the Jasmine Perfumed one, ooooo-la-la! It smells pretty and the scent lasts a long time!! Of course if you go into a smoke filled room it vanishes but in a "normal" environment, it lasts.
